How long does the delivery take?

For Malta and Gozo: Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days.

How much is the delivery charge?

We offer free delivery across Malta and Gozo on orders over Eur35. A delivery charge of €3.95 is applied on orders less than €35.00.

Do you ship overseas?

We offer international Shipping Worldwide. For applicable shipping rates, please contact us on [email protected]. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes at destination. Cozykarma is not responsible for these charges and are to your responsibility as the customer.

Can I pick up my order?

Pick-up option is available during office hours. Once your order is processed you will receive a notification email with all the instructions. Please note that orders must be collected within one week.

Can I return an item

If you wish to return an item, you are requested to send us an email on [email protected] and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Include in your email: your full details, order number and returned item. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in their original packaging, unworn or unused and with all tags attached. Is it possible to cancel an order?

Should you need to cancel your order, kindly contact us immediately on +356 77328289 or by email on [email protected]

Please keep in mind that sometimes it may be difficult to cancel your order as it may have been processed already. We will try our best to apply any changes before your order has been dispatched.

Can I get a refund

Once your goods are received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the same account from which the original payment was made.
