Return Policy
We hope you enjoy the item you purchased. If, for any reason, you are not totally satisfied, you may return the item to us for a full refund or exchange.
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery in their original packaging, unworn /or unused and with all tags attached.
If you wish to return an item, you are requested to send us an email on [email protected] and let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Include in your email: your full details, order number and returned item. Kindly note that delivery conditions apply.
You can either arrange to return the goods to us at your own cost or we can arrange re-collection of the order for a fee.
Once your goods are received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
In the event of an exchange, we will notify you whether your preferred replacement item is available.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days to the same account from which the original payment was made.
Please note that, we are not liable for any items lost/ or damaged while in transit.

Please keep in mind that sometimes it may be difficult to change your order as it may have been processed already. We will try our best to apply any changes before your order has been dispatched.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear, hosiery and swimwear.
